Just looking for some advice on how to get my hair back to it's original colour - my natural colour is light blonde and i recently got sick of it, had a mad moment and dyed it reddy ginger. This was about 3 weeks ago and it's already faded a hell of a lot to a weird reddy brown (but not in a good way) and i was wondering if it would be best to try and dye it back to blonde or to use a colour remover and then dye it afterwards? I've heard that the remover from boots is pretty good but as i'm new to this whole dyeing business i'm a bit worried.
Ah yeah, and my hair is extremely thick and quite long. It took 4 boxes of hair dye to get my hair from blonde to red (my hair doesnt take to colour easily either). If i DID opt for the remover, would i need an excessive amount of it as well?

I would try the colour remover.
Dyeing it back to blonde would be pretty damaging plus it would probably end up still yellow/orange (colour doesn't lift colour).
I've never used colour remover but I've heard good things about it. Try it first because you might not even have to dye your hair again if it works well. Also I don't think you will need to use any more than the packet says. Your hair can only hold so much colour so there is only so much to be removed.
Just make sure you rinse for a REALLY long time after using the colour remover since that's what gets the colour out.

Try colour b4
Its got everything out for me before
Dont use any alternatives like Pro-voke, they are never as good. B4 is more expensive but seems to be the best at its job.

I've never seen or heard anything negative about b4 and I'm worried about damaging my hair so I might just use that
I've seen stories online about the b4 actually making their hair turn a pretty nice colour so hopefully it won't look awful afterwards so I won't have to dye it again
