So my mum has sent me a parcel which was posted a week ago first class and not yet arrived via royal mail.

    Now..

I recieved a phone call AND text from a company called 'www.parcelreclaim.com' stating there was a parcel from customs/borders which has been held. Now I followed the instructions and it turns out I need to pay £80 to a company called 'Ukash' via a paypoint in the uk to recieve my parcel from a courier company.

Now, this sounds extremely dodgy I don't believe any of it for a number of reasons.
1- this package was from within the uk, why would it go to customs/borders.
2- My mum did not at any point put my mobile number on the parcel i'm expecting, so why would they have it to contact? They stated it was on the package but a label was missing.
3- Why am I paying money to a company called ukash not 'parcel reclaims'?
4- Website looks dodge does it not?

Now- I would like my parcel as it contains my makeup bag and skincare which I left at home.

However- I think this is a scam. How would I find out if this is legit? Also, If i suspect this is a scam, can I report it to anyone???

    Thanks TSR!

It's a scam. Search on Google "parcelreclaim scam" and see.

Does sound like a scam to me. Maybe your parcel has a tracking number you could look at?
