My dad filled in his wage for the year but failed to include his overtime. I've already submitted my application... how can I change it? I don't want to end up in hassle for the mistake

They will write to you when they see the figure he has used on the application does not match what HMRC says he earned in the 11/12 tax year and then you will need to send in proof of his income such as his p60.

I don't see how he could have put in a wrong figure. Doesn't he have to submit his P60 which will have all his taxable earnings on it?

Is there no way to tell them about the mistake? Other than to just send off the evidence when they ask for it. Will he not end up in bother for it?
