What CASIO model is it?
You need to go into Run mode and then click on the OPTN button, then find find prob, click on that and you will be able to get combinations, permutation, and factorials.

The NCR button can be used on a casio by entering the n value, pressing shift then the divide button, a small c will appear and then enter the r value.
(NCR button is found by pressing shift and the divide button)
