Hi I was just wondering whether any of my singing exam grades would account for any UCAS points if I go to Uni? Or does it depend on the course I'm taking?

I'm not sure the exact points they're worth, but I've heard music grades (grade 5+) can get you UCAS points

I've done two grade 8 exams with distinction and am going to try and do a diploma in musical theatre, but I just didn't know whether it would mean anything or very little ?

It depends on the uni and the course. Some unis don't care about UCAS points, but there are some that will

You can count one ABRSM exam above and including grade 6 and one theory exam above and including grade 6. Not sure about the diplomas, but all information is available on the UCAS website

Different universities will treat them differently, though I'm pretty sure Grade 6 and above generally gets you UCAS points. Even if they don't include them in your offer, the fact you've done them to that level in the first place usually gets you noticed.
