I have firmed University of Bristol for MEng Computer Science and I am to apply for a Tuition Fee Loan. However, I noticed that Bristol Uni offers a fee waiver for all EU applicants whose household income is less than £25,000. Mine is, however, I haven't lived in the UK. Am I still eligible to apply?

I e-mailed the university and they replied I should be assessed by SFE. What additional documents shall I send, together with and identification document and the form? Shall I mark something in particular on the form itself if I am to apply for the tuition waiver?

    Thank you in advance!
