    On my application, my mother can't sign in to link her information to my account. When she signs in to her own account on the home page she can, and her account is linked to my sister's application from a previous year. But, she can't log in to her account on my application as it comes up with an 'error' message, even though my father could?

    Did you choose for your parents to supply their financial information is the same session or a different session?

    In the same session. But I then tried in a different session and it made no difference?
