    Im taking my mock french IB standard level soon and was wandering if anyone has any tips or good websited to help with the writing task. help!

    Look at the markschemes incredibly closely as well as the past papers. They want very specific things in your text, depending on the text type (which you should always make note of), so make sure you know what those are. The questions are very open ended sometimes but try not to get too wrapped up in being creative.

    Although only 33% of your mark is based on language, it's still very important. Obviously, it's impossible to run through all the things you need to remember, but you could run a sample of your writing through bonpatron.com to pick up grammar errors: it's definitely the most useful thing I've come across and often picked up mistakes my teacher didn't. Like every grammar checker, it doesn't pick up every mistake and flags errors that might not actually be errors, so read through what it's telling you and correct what you're doing wrong.
