Whenever I masterbate I always feels really sick and worked up like im going to cry. Its very hard to describe the feeling other than feeling sick. I have been experimenting with different techniques for about 3 years and it gets no better. My boyfriend has gone down and fingered me as well as using his mouth but after this I still feel very sick and usually afterwards I cuddle up in his arms and cry. I have no idea why this happens it's something I can't control, I always turn my head into his chest or do spooning so he can't tell. I don't want him to get the wrong impression about it. It's not that I'm not ready or that I don't want to and I always want to just be smiling and happy and crying just seems out of place because nothing's wrong. I can't stop the sickness feelings no matter what I do or the crying. Any advice or similar stories would be appreciated!

I have talked to my boyfriend and we've agreed the only oral will be for him but I didn't give this as the reason why but something else instead.

Maybe it's a hormone imbalance? I don't know. That's pretty strange tbh it must be really hard to deal with. Maybe you are physically ready but you aren't emotionally ready?

Hmm, idk just a couple of suggestions. I'm curious to know what other people think as well haha.

I'd suggest going to a sexual health clinic and telling them about this. If it turns out not to have a physical cause, there should be a psychosexual counselling service there.

Is there a Relate anywhere near? They can do the counselling side if you don't want to talk to your GP about this.

To be fair, this sounds like a psychological issue that counselling could probably help rectify.
