Ok, I'm most likely being incredibly paranoid but I just need to get this out. Three years ago I had unprotected sex with my then boyfriend, who was also a virgin. But we didn't have a good relationship, he was quite abusive. When I was with my second boyfriend, he casually wondered if my ex had been telling the truth about being a virgin and/or faithful. Over the two years since he said this, it has slowly been growing bigger and bigger in my mind and now I'm freaking out. I don't have any symptoms of an STI, but I know there are some that don't have any symptoms.

Go to a sexual health clinic and get tested. You are very probably fine, but you can only be sure by being tested.

Men usually don't say they're virgins when they're not - we're 'supposed' to have lost our virginities when we're about 12.

    Low risk. Stop worrying.
