Hey all (hopefully right board and all that)
Just wondering if anyone had any experiences of repeating year 13 and either retaking A2s or taking new subject entirely.
Just asking to see if it's a bearable/vial backup, in case i miss my firm (not too fond of my insurance). I know a few people who have for this at my sixth form and it's been pretty flexible for them to take AS' and A2s at the same time, but is it a really lonely and torturous experience ?

The thought of staying behind with the year 12s is horrifying

I know a few people that have redone their year 13s to improve their grades.
I would definitely recommend it, its a better choice than clearing.
Long term youll be better off for sure.

I'm retaking year 13 at the moment, but I actually moved to another sixth form to do it. All my friends were moving on so I wanted to as well, it also meant it was easier for me to make friends as there were other people in the same situation.
If you feel like you need to do it then go ahead, it's really not that bad and I'm glad I made this decision.
