Now I know this kind of thread will have been posted numerouse times but I can't freaking revise !
It's not that there are physical distractions such as phone, TV or computer - I revise in our dining room. But I am seriously struggling with mentally staying on topic and not letting my mind wander. 2 weeks easter holidays and I probably did on my best days 2 hours in one day and on most days one hour; some 0
This is all f*king atrocious, it's bad enough in my January I revised my ass off and got a C and two D's and I'm going for Dentistry !!
What I need are some helpful tips on how to keep my mind focused so I can do plenty of revision, I know running is good but I don't have time to do that every 45 mins after a session.
If I sat the exams now I would literally fail and have one month !
My exams are AS literature poetry and prose
Biology Unit 1 - Biology and disease -AQA
Biology unit 2 - the variety of living organisms
chemistry F321 - atoms, bonds and groups - OCR
chemistry F322 - chains energy and resources
Psychology unit 1
Psychology unit 2
ANY HELP WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED !
Also, I am a multi-sensory learner but vastly appreciate visual aids and audio. My revision technique is to write notes in various colors and then continually go over them by reading aloud.
Can't revise 9 exams in 1 month help ! watch

I made some online notes for Psych unit 2 (for AQA) and Biology unit 2; I don't know if you'll find them helpful but feel free to have a look.
Psych ones cover the whole unit, not sure about Biology ones. Good luck!

I don't know how to revise for three biology exams, but I guess we should try! My motto is 'non progredi est regredi'-not to go forward (progress) is to go backwards.
