I need to revise after school as i'm running out of time, but i literally come home with a pounding headache (from stress about exams and overthinking everything) and then the thought of revision is torture. I literally don't have ANY energy whatsoever, i just want to sleep! Anyone want to suggest what they do? And how many hours revision do you do on weekends and after school?
Zero motivation to revise and no energy whatsoever Watch

I've just had two weeks off and felt the same way for the past two days.
I slept and woke early, had a nice breakfast and went into school happy, I was taking detailed notes and not talking/ wasting as much time.
I had found out I get study leave in a few weeks (three weeks before my exam) the lazy me would've said "three weeks, plenty of time to revise, let's relax
Just stay calm, use your specification and break down all your topics into a list, cover everything as you go along
Today for example, find something you have to learn and instead of writing up notes, watch some you tube or khan academy, go into school and double check with your teacher, check your friends notes etc.

Firstly don't do "Hours" of revision, just do a past paper and revise things that you found hard/didn't know. It's a simple as that otherwise you'll spend long periods of time staring at text books thinking that you're revising when in reality none of it's really going in.
