Title pages aren't really that important and won't gain you any marks; a plain sheet with a nicely typed title would suffice (this is what I tend to do and I'm an A Level student!). Don't get hung up on it as it would be better to spend your time working on your actual art.

However, if you want to be more creative, I would try to link it to your art project - if you were doing gymnastics for example, you could draw a sequence a figures mid-flip, like a sort of storyboard flipbook. Even better if it linked to one of the artists you're studying. ALternatively, wait until you've almost finished your project and then do a collage of some of your work - sort a taster of what's to come.
