    Hello,

Since I was 15 year-old I had these black floaters in my vision. They are not too disturbing and usually I don't see them.

When I went to several eye doctors they said there is no cure and you just get used to them. It is truth. I barely notice them usually but wonder whether some of you have similar problems.

Did you have more of them over time? Or you, as me, don't see them if you are not trying too see ?

    Discuss.

Mine aren't really black (more translucent), but yeah, I seem to have random days when I notice them more. I went skiing recently and even though I wore proper goggles, the contrast of the floaters with the white of the snow made them show up a lot more than usual. They were surprisingly distracting.

    They are normal.

Most people have them, and rarely actually notice them unless they are looking for them.
