I received a letter for my daughter from Student Finance on the 10th of April. She is currently employed in France with Eurocamp for 7 months. The letter states it has to be returned within 21 days but she does not have a permanent address for me to send the form to her to fill in until roughly 10 days time. She is on a set wage of approx 630 euros a month. Will she incur a fine if we can not get the relevant form returned by this date?

    Thanks.

    Hi Skelly,

Apologies for the delay in replying.

I would suggest your daughter speak with one of our repayments advisers on 0044 141 243 3660 to let them know she's going to be late in sending her form and evidence to us.

This means that we can update her account to prevent any sort of penalties.

    Hope this helps,
    Mark-Lee
