    What's your most aesthetic muscle?
    I would have to say traps, luckily my shoulders are naturally broad and with some hard training I have been able to develop some solid traps that connect quite high on my neck .

    What's the one big thing you would love to change about your physique but cannot due to genetics?
    Definitely my chest. I have a pretty strong chest and have put on quite a lot of muscle over the years after hitting it from different angles every week. Genetically though I have a triangle at the bottom of my pecs, it doesn't look bad but nothing beats that full chest look.

    What's your favourite bodypart to train and exercise?
    Chest on Mondays, incline dumbbells

    What supplements are you on at the moment and what are you currently aiming for physique wise?
    Cutting atm, so some Impact Whey Protein and Creatine Monohydrate and the essential vitamins

    What got you into bodybuilding?
    Tired of always being the little kid who had barely any confidence. I saw various other guys getting aesthetic as **** and not having these problems, so I started lifting and never looked back

    Do you train for the girls?
    Honestly no, just like I wouldn't buy a nice car just to impress the girls

    Who inspires you?
    Zyzz

    What's your favourite healthy meal and favourite cheat meal?
    Nothing beats a nicely cooked steak and some olive oil fried mushrooms, and I love having fish on chips as a cheat meal

    What's your most aesthetic muscle?
    Lol nothing is aesthetic on me atm but if anything my glutes are pretty good, just need to lose some fat from them and I'll have a nice curvy ass.

    What's the one big thing you would love to change about your physique but cannot due to genetics?
    I have long limbs and a short torso, which makes squatting and pressing a pain in the arse.

    What's your favourite bodypart to train and exercise?
    Not a bodypart in particular but I love benching and pressing.

    Whey and multivitamins.

    What got you into bodybuilding?
    The usual-girls, increase confidence, tired of being the fat guy.

    I did at first but now I just love lifting, nothing makes me happier in the world.

    'Healthy meal'-Tomato and chilli pasta sauce with fish chunks mixed in on top of some Tagliatelle and some cheese on top of that.

    What's your most aesthetic muscle?
    Lats, my lats are extremely broad due to large amount of wide grip pullups.

    Legs, no matter how hard i train my legs i can never gain any mass on them.

    Back and Bis, nothing beats good old bicep curls (But after breaking and plating my wrist i have to stick to hammers since i have no supination.)

    Whey Protein, creatine, taurine, glutamine, testosterone boosters, grenade fat burners and 50cal pre supp.

    What got you into bodybuilding?
    I enjoy training and pushing myself, helps relief stress.

    Maybe Chest. Didn't train it particularly hard and it's grown easiest.

    The guy on the street said they were multivitamins but that I had to inject them for full effect

    I don't body build. I train to initially not be fat, but now it's all about posture and an optimally functional body.

    Nobody but in the lifting world Elliot Hulse is a pretty cool guy and Bruce Lee is a badass

    I've not being lifting for long, so nothing really, but my traps have always had decent size to them, dunno why

    I tend to put alot of fat on very easily, I put muscle on too, but just means I have to spend more time cutting to keep my BF down

    Chest day is the best day

    Just Whey protein, choc-mint flavour. Two shakes a day plus my daily multi-vitamin.

    Not sure, I've always being overweight but then I lost it all but I didn't like being a skinny guy, so I thought I'll bulk up a bit. Now I'm fully into it lol.

    I used to, now it's become my lifestyle and I don't really care what girls think.

    Any positive thinking person who wants to better themselves.

    From the pics the other day your shoulders did not look that narrow...luckily I have been blessed with some broad ass shoulders and good traps, but ****ty chest insertions **** it though, just more motivation to get everything else aesthetic!! Mozymann- It's only a matter of time, good track to train to as well.

    Wouldn't really want to call myself a bodybuilder but I do have the goal entering an ameteur contest one day. Interesting to hear what motivates others.

    What's your most aesthetic muscle?
    Quads. For some reason my lower body responds better (relatively of course) to weight training than any other body part. I have major strength imbalances that I'm trying to address.


    What's the one big thing you would love to change about your physique but cannot due to genetics?

    Too early to say to be honest.

    What's your favourite bodypart to train and exercise?

    Definitely quadriceps as I seem to be responding well to training here. I also really like doing wide grip pull downs for lats.

    What supplements are you on at the moment and what are you currently aiming for physique wise?

    Fish oil, multivitamin, BCAAs, whey protein isolates, creatine. I also drink green tea throughout the day, but I don't really count this as a supplement as this has always been in my diet. It would be amazing to achieve a physique similar to Frank Zane.

    What got you into bodybuilding?
    The embarrassment of weighing only 50kg as an 18 year old.


    Do you train for the girls?

    Not really, but I do think that due to weight training, clothes seem to fit better, especially suits. Looking presentable is always important.


    Who inspires you?

    Some people that I see or hear about that are about 50 years old and still look in great shape. I'd like to live a long life and want to be able to deadlift and squat in old age.

    Favourite healthy meal - nothing stands out
    Favourite cheat meal - a pizza of some sort.

    Probably ​my arms, did way too many bicep curls when I started with weights at 13, I ignored other muscles because I couldn't lift as much as some of my mates.

    What's the one big thing you would love to change about your physique but cannot due to genetics?

    My legs. My upper half is quite athletic now, all my muscles have got a good tone to them, but my legs are long and wont grow an inch. My arms are actually an inch bigger than my calf muscles...

    What's your favourite body part to train and exercise?

    Chest and arms, both triceps and biceps. Always get a good pump after doing these which make me feel good.

    What supplements are you on at the moment and what are you currently aiming for physique wise?

    Currently on maximuslce cyclone, optimum nutrition whey and optimum nutrition serious mass. Trying to bulk as much as I can at the moment, started training again 10 weeks ago when I was just under 13 stone, I'm 13 stone 5 now, trying to get to 14 stone by August.

    What got you into bodybuilding?

    I'm 6ft 1 and I've always been quite skinny. I hated the odd comments about being lanky, I used to be 10 and a half stone when I left school 6 years ago and I was 6ft and half an inch back then. Since then I've made good gains, my perfect weight would be 15 stone.

    I also wanted to look good, and to obviously try and get more female attention.

    Do you train for the girls?

    50% of me trains to try and impress the girls. But the other 50% is down to my own self conciousness. If training helps me get girls then that's a bonus.

    Who inspires you?

    Myself. Sonny Bill Williams is a machine though, I'd kill for his physique.

    What's your favourite healthy meal and favourite cheat meal?

    Probably a big steak with potatoes, cauliflower and broccoli cheese.

    Don't really have a favourite cheat meal. Beans on toast with melted cheese could be one though if that counts?

    Triceps or quads. disproportionately big, but that just means everything else has to catch up.

    What's the one big thing you would love to change about your physique but cannot due to genetics?
    Chest - it's not as big as everything else. I think this a is a common problem, which has something to do with genetics, and modern physical ideals (you'll note classical statues have proportionately smaller chests, probably lacking a bench press).

    What's your favourite bodypart to train and exercise?
    Shoulders - One arm shoulder press, standing.

    What supplements are you on at the moment and what are you currently aiming for physique wise?
    Trying creatine for a couple weeks now. It doesn't seem to be a game changer, but it does have some effect.

    What got you into bodybuilding?
    Dissatisfaction with my physique.

    Do you train for the girls?
    No.

    Who inspires you?
    Eugene Sandow, Arthur Saxon and other strongmen. They saw no difference between aesthetics, strength and athletics.

    What's your favourite healthy meal and favourite cheat meal?
    Healthy: Pilchards, brown bread and green tea (Sen-Cha)

    Cheat: Haggis and mash.
