Not as far as I know but I would phone to double check. A girl on my course is living with her sister and brother in-law and there income is still not to be put into the student loan application as they are not her guardians.

I hope this helps but once again though phone to double check.

    Hi Bridgeta,

For assessing household income, Student Finance do not take into account siblings income.

They look at your parents income only. If your parents are separated they assess the household income of where you spend the majority of your time. So this will be one of your parents and also their partner if they have one.

    Hope this helps!
