Is it possible to dream in a coma?
Is being in a coma unfair (for religious people?)

Yes, I think that there are people who have been in comas who have dreamt (though I could be wrong).

It depends what you mean - most things in life are unfair, and being stricken by a coma could is in my opinion one of them.

I don't think so. A comatose patient will not pass through the stages of sleep which eventually lead to dreaming, although once a patient recovers from the coma they may enter normal sleep before they wake up, in which case they may have some dreams then.

Why do you think a coma is unfair? I don't know of any religions that have much to say on the matter.
