    Hi,
    This is my first thread.

I'm hoping to gain a place at a university through clearing in August. I was just wondering, if I was to be accepted at the university through clearing, how would I apply for accommodation? Also, will the accommodation be limited, because I applied late?

If anyone could answer my questions, I would be most grateful.

I think you can apply the same way as others did, but you won't be guaranteed accommodation and it will be more limited yes. Chances are you will get the less desirable accommodation - more expensive, further away etc, but remember that there are plenty of accommodation options even when you are a fresher. A lot of universities have private halls nearby that cater for all levels of students.

Thank you for replying. I just hope I'm still able to get reasonably priced accommodation with an en suite, that's my only preference.

Depends on the uni. All will give you a place if there's space, but some never have space. Manchester is highly unique in guaranteeing a space in halls to clearing applicants
