    I've been trying to search about this but had no luck!

    Any help would be greatly appreciated

    At what point does Amobarbital (inhibitor) exert its effect in the electron transport chain?!

    According to this article: http://www.translationalres.com/arti...046-2/abstract

    it may decrease the production of reactive oxygen species in the ETC. Sometimes the enzyme complexes in the ETC can reduce oxygen earlier than ATP synthase and so create ROS.
