Does anyone suffer from really bad jealousy
If you do what do you do to get over it?

I can be pretty jealous but it's usually something that triggers it in relationships. My ex (well I think ex? He's confusing) said things like "____ is better than you" "why can't you be more like her" and wrote things to his friends about fancying certain girls that he is friends with, including on our one year anniversary! He also posted a while ago online to meet people for bedroom favours :\ that wasn't so long ago, so note the "maybe ex" situation lol

I don't trust him and therefore get jealous of any girls he is around or when he goes out drinking.

Other relationships, jealousy wasn't even an issue.
Certain phrases/actions definately set it off. I think that if I moved onto someone new, I definately wouldn't be with someone who didn't make me feel like I was an important girl in their life. If they show that they love you then there's no reason to be jealous.

Jealousy in other aspects I don't tend to get. You just need to realise that whoever it is that you are jealous of, you are better then them in your own ways.

I'm not really a jealous person, just try and appreciate what you have and make the most of it

as long as I know what I feel is jealousy and that it's wrong for me to feel this way it always gets better...you just need to keep telling yourself to be happy with what you have every time you feel it...this has helped me alot
