    When I send an email, it does not appear in the Sent folder. Can anyone help?

    Tools -> Options -> Send Tab -> Click the top box.

    The box was already selected

    This morning it worked fine...I was able to see my sent messages. However, this afternoon, whenever I sent an email, it didn't appear in the Sent folder but the recipient still received it.

    If its Outlook and not Outlook Express.

    Check:

    tools - preferences - e-mails options

    and check that save copies of messages in sent items folder is ticked.

    Strange that its worked intermittently

    I once had problems with Microsoft Outlook. Want to know what I did? I got a Hotmail address. Sorted!

    It's Outlook Express.

    For some strange reason, when I turned it on today, it worked perfectly.
