I got an A grade today for my march window entry I did linear with edexcel and I was really happy because I was predicted a C grade. I got told I was 2 raw marks from an A*. Should I get a remark ? It will cost 46.40 for both papers, money isn't an issue.
im thinking that if I get marked down I will still have an A. But is it likely I will get those 2 marks ?

Honestly? No, I doubt it. I'm fairly sure with maths papers, the standard remark rarely comes back higher. The thing about maths is its not subjective, you have definitive answers, I doubt an examiner would not have the capacity to look at at markscheme so personally I'd just leave it

Better than saying 'what if?'. I would do it if I were in your position just to put my mind at rest

EDIT: The above poster is right when he says it is unlikely, however.

No, maths is a subject where for nearly all questions there is one answer so you either got it right or not.

Steps in working could have been missed, but I'd rather re sit if you wanted it that badly.
