    I feel like im rubbish everything im trying so hard to lose weight, and to upgrade my units at college. But then saying that my ex somehow blames me for "harassing" him when i havent even said anything to him. Why do i feel so bad at everything i do??

    Its unfair because i want to be army and im a 17 nearly 18 year old female at 5'7 and weigh 12.13stone. Im a vegetarian and go to the gym. Ive started lacking though and just need some motivation, could someone please help me?

    Set yourself an achieveable goal or reward at the end, could be something like, asking out the guy you like, or buy some new clothes to celebrate your new found loss of weight, always remember that you CAN do this you just have to will yourself to do it

    Also find a fun way to do it, make your workouts intresting somehow

    also if your planning on going into the miltary, perhaps you could have a workout buddy and eggs you on in the miltary fashion: you like "Common solider put you're back into it"
