For our English Language coursework, we had to make transcripts of our conversations with family members and compare them.
We were given sheets to help us, including key terms that would be needed when comparing, sociolect/dialect and technical terms, and what this would say/mean etc.

I did not use the internet, but we were given sheets, and now i am worried because i used the sheets to help me, but the sheets are also on the internet.
Is this plagiarism? I'm worried that if it gets off for moderation they will know that i used the sheet to learn the key terms and adapt them in my essay.
Please give me some advice, i am stressed as it is

    Thank you

It might be a problem if you directly quotes from this sheet because you would need to reference it. But if you paraphrased, then I'm sure it would be fine, because you were provided with the sheet to help you with the essay.

    Thank you.
Also, our Spanish controlled assessments have been sent off, would they contact us or the teachers if they find any problems? My teacher said the exam board don't contact them.
I am worried about this because I am worried I might have used the odd sentence from a textbook.
