hi i was wondering if anyone could help me! I'm so confused with all this about NHS bursaries, grants, loans, finance ect!
Im going for my 3 yet nursing degree, and I live in Wales, so I know I'm entiled so some sort of NHS bursary, (not sure how much that is?)
and also I I'm sure I can't claim any maintenance because my parents income is over the £42000 of what ever it is... But I want to move out to live away at a student village or student accommodation either at Swansea, Cardiff, Newport or Glamorgan.
So with the NHS bursary, no maintenance grant... What can I claim or apply for?
Any help would be grateful!

With the NHS bursary you're entitled to a baseline of 1000 without means testing I think? So you get that at least, but if you try filling out the bursary calculator, to test how much you might be entitled to hypothetically, you'll get an idea on that.

You can also apply for a student maintenance loan. But it is reduced due to you having the bursary. Think it's about £2324.
