    Hello.

I've lost quite a bit of weight this year. However, my face has virtually remained the same size and shape. I've noticed minor improvements in this area but there's virtually no fat loss on the jaw and cheek area which makes me look very young (and also fat)(I'm nearly 21) and people stare at me all of the time too. I know there's no such thing as spot reduction. However, my body is already quite skinny (as you can see from these pictures) or is it? Maybe I should cut right down (which will decrease the size of my face) then build up with muscle. I know I'm not attractive but I'm doing this so I can live a healthy life.

Here's the pic of my face:

Do you suggest I lose more weight until my face becomes a normal size, then maybe build muscle? Facial fat is incredibly stubborn to shift I heard. It's a major problem for me as people look, stare or even perhaps laugh at me.

    Anyway

    Thank you.

honestly, i dont think you are skinny (not fat either, just normal) but i dont think either that you are fat in your face! so i dont think your body is disproportional¡ if you lose a bit of weight that should be fine:-)
