3 rooms need filling for Sept 2013
Hey. I have a 4 bedroom house available for next year and as my housemates are all finishing their degrees and leaving I need to find 3 people to fill the rooms for next year.
The house is in Maida Vale Terrace in Mutley, roughly 10 mins walk from the uni. I'm a fairly talkative/outgoing guy but I'm pretty quiet around the house and stuff, also like to keep the house fairly clean. Looking for similar kind of people. 2nd or 3rd years.
Rent is £55 a week and includes water but not electric or gas. Electric and gas probably cost me about £7-8 a week, maybe a bit less.
Not a massive house obviously as it's only 4 bed, but the rooms are a pretty nice size and there's a nice living room.
