Your induction, if anything like mine was, will consist of watching a large amount of videos regarding good customer service, learning to use the tills, learning to fold clothes properly, some time on the floor, potentially a team working game, filling in various forms, getting your uniform, etc. Much of the time you are likely to be re-ordering lingerie in sizes, putting out more stock, or being on the tills. You might be asked to help a different department occasionally. At the end of your 2 months you will do some form of leaving interview in which you will get a rating between 1-3. 1 meaning you sucked, 2 being you could get a job there if you applied, 3 being you were amazing and they wouldn't think twice about giving you another job. I hope that covered everything
