This may sound incredibly ridiculous but lately I have noticed that on my testicles I appear to have white spots and I am unsure of whether or not they are zits or not, I know I have had the odd zit around my pubic area (not since I have kept it waxed though).

As I am now noticing these little white spots, they are starting to concern me as I don't ever remember them being there before and before I go to the doctor on an unnecessary trip, I was wondering if anyone else has had similar and has any advice on getting rid of them

Hopefully they are not as bad as I fear and a good couple of weeks of hardcore scrubbing will get rid of them  but yes, advice?

It's GP time. I don't remember seeing anything like this on me or anyone else.

If these spots are raised and occur on hair follicles, then these are most likely fordyce spots, which are normal and completely benign. However, you should always see a doctor if anything appears on your body that wasn't there before, especially if on your genitalia!
