I've worked out the question upto the last part I did prove the inequality as well I just don't get how to work out and show the least value of n.

Can someone show me how to do it please.

First find for what value of n does p_n equal 0.001? Then from the inequality for what values of n is p_n<0.001?
Then what is the smallest number that n can be for p_n<0.001?

Bit of an odd way to put it... especially given your spoiler.

An easy way to understand this may be:

1) work out the right hand side of your inequality

and then read the spoiler from Whatnot and come to some conclusion.
