first question is in the c1 paper very last question, i wrote area of triangle= 1/2 x base x height, but got the wrong answer (put wrong numbers in...will i get one mark for formula?

secondly, would 69/ 75 in all three papers (c1 and c2 and m1) come to 270 ums?

Sorry I don't know about the c1 paper as I didn't do it but the area of the triangle is quite basic stuff so I don't think you would get a mark for it.

It is difficult to guess what mark will get you a certain UMS because it all depends on how difficult people found the paper to be. If it was quite straight forward and everyone did well then you would need a higher mark to get the UMS you were looking for. However, going on previous grade boundaries, three lots of 69/75 should get you around 270 UMS, but it really depends.
