Kebab

If you love kebabs, head down to Portsmouth. This place has tons of kebab places. After a lecture, just walk out onto the streets and grab a juicy kebab. Makes an ideal midnight snack as well.
Portsmouth is defin a really good university. I went to their open day and realised how modern the place really was. They're even constructing new halls of residence and the structure is just cool. A small, but fun packed place to be at. Hope i get in this year. :tsr2:

Yeah, that's the first I've heard of it too!

Can't argue with the kebab praise though. When you have a 30 minute walk home from parties near Albert Road, Ken's Kebabs is a saviour.

Well, the amount of alcohol I have in my system before eating anything from there usually kills off any bacteria anyway.

yeah we've worked out our stomachs are too barren for bacteria now, so maybe i'll go back.
there are some damn fine places to eat in Portsmouth
Strada FTW
There's a burger van outside Rees Hall... the guy behind the counter stroked a dog and then made a burger, eaten by my mate.

:puke:

Roughage.

I agree with the comments on how good the Kebab shops are in pompey. isn't there a Subways quite near the Uni too?! i might be wrong. Night life is pretty good too at pompey, guildhall walk (i think) is the place to go.

guildhall walk is the place to go in freshers that everyone uses because it is close to most halls. Then people find out about Southsea

Nice :yy: Never done a burger van crawl in pompey, as i havn't a clue where they are around southsea and portsmouth. Might have to start though
see, i spend lots of time in southsea, my friends aren't really freshers and those that are aren't really doing the dress up and act like a fool thing, so i spend a lot of my time at gigs, but usually it runs like Registry until 10/10.30 then down to the southsea clubs
always a good laugh.
I used to eat so much subway (3 feet in 2 days) but It's done me damage, haven't had one in ages! haha
