Crim 2... DURESS, CONSENT, NON-FATAL OFFENCES AGAINST THE PERSON (ASSAULT AND BATTERY), MISTAKE, SELF DEFENCE... not a bad turnout XD

Crim 1... MURDER, PROVOCATION, OMISSIONS, CAUSATION.... not a bad turnout, either.

Pretty easy peasy! Get in!

Quick question. Is there a maximum mark they put on essays that don't contain any cases in?

In both Law of Torts 1 & 2 I didn't put any cases in the section A question. Well, to be precise, I put one case in both of them, but later found out that the case i put in one of the essays was wrong . I did mention the details of many cases, just I had a blank and couldn't remember the case names.

Can I only get half marks or something now?? If so, does that only apply to that particular essay and not the exam paper as a whole?

Cheers

well cases help you to evaluate your answer. i think if you have put the case facts down then it shouldnt be so much of a problem because the examiners will realise that you know your stuff.
in addition if you have explained them really...there is a chance of getting credit marks.

u shouldnt worry atall
