What make HSBC different

Hi,

I've been summoned to an interview at HSBC for an IBanking analyst position. I looked for common questions and I don't have a good answer for one of them:
What make HSBC different from other banks (Investment banking division)?

Can you help me come up with good answer?

Well firstly, HSBC investment banking division is obviously different from the Barclays division simply as a result of different spelling, that should get you started.
