I think you need to find out her motivations for this. It could mean all sorts of things so I wouldn't dump her till I found out. Everyone makes mistakes and gets a bit mixed up at some point!

Initially it would upset me, as it's not the nicest thing to hear. But then again if it's something she USED to do, then surely it's all in the past?
So as long as you trust her that she'll never do it again, I don't see the problem - the pasts in the past, it's what happens during the present that matters.

Everybody makes mistakes in their lives that they are ashamed of. She seems to regret it. It comes down to whether or not your trust her. If you believe that she genuinely regrets it and won't do it again then it might be worth putting it behind you and moving forward with your relationship. I understand it won't be easy, but it's up to you to decide whether it would be worth it.
