Predictions on English Legal System OCR (14th May)
Hi so hows revision going and what topics do you think will come up ?
Police powers and sentencing definitely and predictions are legal funding, judiciary (independance and Theory of seperation of powers), lay magistrates and juries (roles) and appeals (civil).

Detention hasn't come up for the last few papers so I'm hoping that will. Also bail seems likely with magistrates, legal profession and youth sentences?
