Damages Tort Law!!!!!!!!!!!

Do you have to mention damages in every negligence problem question?

I would say so because if you need to discuss negligence, then presumably you would need to at least mention remedies, and the various types of damages are clearly key remedies.

You should do really. If there is a negligence claim there will be damages. Unless there is a full defence, where you would just say that no damages would be awarded.
