Can anyone tell me how to do a pest analysis report please

PEST is an acronym describing the process of looking at the factors driving change in a strategic (usually business) situation. PEST stands for Political, Economic, Social and Technical. So you would identify all the political factors that might cause your business situation to change (e.g. Might the UK leave the EU, might Scotland become independent?) and then discuss each of them in terms of the impact it would have on your business. You might then go to prioritise the potential issues and list some options for changing your situation to mitigate any risks or opportunities revealed by the analysis.

PEST is a good way of identifying potential factors that influence a business strategy, and can be used with other business tools such as SWOT analysis.
