Highers and UCAS Tariff points

Hey everyone,

What are the school results that count for entry to university by applying through the UCAS? Do results obtained from years before your last year of school count?
If one takes four Highers (which the entry requirement for a Bsc course) and achieves an A on every subject, then they would have 80x4=320 UCAS Tariff points. And if we look at the entry standards on this ranking (http://www.thecompleteuniversityguide.co.uk/league-tables/rankings?) they are well above those results.

Thanks!

Most universities don't really look at UCAS points and will look at your Higher results from 5th year.
