What are neutral organic compounds?

X is a neutral organic compound, has no effect on Tollen's reagent, and turns hot acidifed K2Cr2O7 from orange to green.

What does each of these three pieces of information suggest about X?

I understand that no reaction with Tollen's reagent means it's not an aldehyde, and has an -OH group due to the potassium dichromate, but what does the neutral organic compound suggest? All i could think of is that it's non-polar.

Neatural means not acidic/basic in this case. Hence it can't be an "-oic" acid. So I'd say it's an alcohol.
