Applying for Law postgrad with US degree

Hey guys,
I am currently enrolled at a US accredited university, studying Political Science and Business Administration (double major). Thing is, I have a low GPA, of around 3.1/4.00. My dream was to pursue Law at the postgrad level. In the UK, my choices suggest a requirement of 3.7. My question is, if I do a Masters at my current university (inLaw) and get a high GPA, would this change things? Bottom line, will a masters cancel out an undergrad with a low GPA when it comes to applying to a UK law postgrad program?
Thanks in advance
I'm a bit biased (since I am going to attend) but many of the programmes from University of Glasgow are 3.0 + GPA-wise. You should contact them and ask them about your qualifications.
