Yeah, and while we're on here we're not going to be revising, so I'm trying to cut down! It wont last!:p:

I achieved an A in Geography by revising key point for about half an hour on the day of the exam. For english language, I had a 5 minute glance through my english book and collected my A in August 05

I am not a particularly high achiever (when compared to the rest of TSR), so be confident if you know you ought to be reaching that A.

In a week...I reckon you could revise enough to earn As in the sciences and subjects like Maths. Have fun.

Dont you wonder what you could get if you revised REALLY hard, or are you better at cramming last minute info?

I didn't do much revision at all on the three sciences, English and History before half term, because I had the rest of my subjects to contend with. I've only just begun proper revision on those 5 yesterday, although admittedly I did do a fair bit during Easter. But I think a week should be long enough; my dad helped me make a revision timetable yesterday and if I stick to that, I think I would be OK  Make a timetable, and revise hard all week. You haven't got any other exams this week as it's half term, so you'd be able to put in the time. For subjects like Geography, History and Science it's mostly about memorising, so start now so that you can consolidate it during the week. For things like English, you could maybe put it to one side for the minute as there isn't much you can do.

I agree the english part, there is not much you can do really. I too made a revision timetable that I hope I will stick to. I am just gonna be concentrating on maths and science all half term.

well it depends on what kind of person you are, for example, how much you need to cover and what your weak areas are. I suggest that you find the subjects that you think that you really need to work on or just need to keep practicing. You should do no more than 6-7 hours a day. Also what might help is if you give priority to forth coming exams.
