Student finance HELP!

I am currently in the process of completing my student finance, but there is ONE BIG PROBLEM! My passport is expired, I need to renew. I wanted to renew for the Fast-track service which means I can have my passport back in one week. I need to however book an appointment before hand, I have contacted the Passport customer service, and they can't fit me in time for the deadline, therefore my passport won't come back in time b4 the student finance deadline. I don't have an English birth certificate as I was born in Africa, and it in Arabic, and I don't have a translated copy...

Is there ANY WAY i can apply for this in time without my passport?????????? I really don't want to start the course with no money!

Can you please get back if you know anything or can help out, and I will also help out where I can.

Hi Abdul,

Yes you still submit your application before the deadline then give us your Passport details once you've got them.
