I am afraid it seems she has moved on from you so there is nothing you can do, it is best to cut all contact with her.

Talk to her, she might still have feelings for you.

Tell her exactly how you feel, in person. Look deep into her eyes and maybe hold her hand?

Move on yourself, break ups are never easy but sometimes you just have to let go. Go and enjoy yourself instead of thinking about her, she probably doesn't hate you it's probably just her way of getting you to move on too. Maybe she will contact you in the future but for now just leave her to live her life and enjoy your own.
