    Hi

i remember hearing about a rule in france (not sure if it was a law or not) that said that you had to go to the school closest to you; so in posh areas all the schools are super whereas in teh **** areas theyre so crap is unbelieveable.

is this right or is it verbal diarrohea? if it is right, does anyone have any more information- name of the 'rule' perhaps? someone? anyone?
