Customer reference number
Hello, I'm having problems with my parents customer reference numbers as they don't remember them and I can't apply for my loan without them so I was wondering how you can find out what they are?

If you're parents each speak to one of our advisers on 0845 300 5090 then we confirm their Customer Reference Numbers over the phone and email them some new passwords if they need these.
Alternatively they can send their details to us by paper form as long as you have chosen for them to supply their info in a 'separate session'.
