yeah me! i could get grades a's but i dont work for it lol x and plus im happy with grades c's x
Woah, the thought of all those A's makes me feel sick. I had one C grade at GCSE and some awful awful grades at A level, but I'm doing very well at uni now. So yeah, you'll probably find a few C graders about, but the fact that they're here often means that they want to learn more about education and get better grades. (and the rest are here to chat) :p:

no not me.
I did alright in GCSE's but for AS i ended up with BBEE which kinda sucked for me :frown: Managed to get one of those B's into an A this year though so I'm on the right track to get ABDish.

I've only ever gotten one A in my life that mattered, and that was on a Website Designing coursework. The rest is always Bs or Cs, even the odd D,E and U!
I look at people on TSR, and some may be telling the truth about there 11 A*s, but you know some are bull****ting! Its good if you can hit 4 A's at A Levels, I know I cant!

Im Pakistani, so Im sure my parents are proud of me! :p:

nope
I got two Cs at GCSE, i forgot to hang in my Art coursework and in geography, i only did 2 units out of 3, because i was informed by my teacher that we had a choice... oh well...
Its simply that the C-grade students on here are less likely to post their grades than the A students. A-grade students like to show off, especially when they're finding work hard.

Yep got only the minimal amount of C's at GCSE to get into sixth form and except for Sociology where I average B's, I'm pretty much a straight-C student. I do think that I'm quite intelligent, and have been told I am, but I'm not really academic and exams are a weakness for me.
It's a shame because people will look at my grades and think I'm lazy or just stupid, I do work hard but I just can't do that well on exams.

Precisely. And I feel sorry for Sorani, I work hard but don't always get what I deserve so I know what it feels like.

I'm a C sort of student and dya know what, I don't care. Once I've got my degree, I'm not going to be bothered about my A-levels, they are just my stepping stone to my chosen career.
I can't stand the sort of people who gloat about their 50million A*'s or those who look down on people like me.
I know that there will always be someone more qualified than me, but I know there will always be those less qualified, so what does it matter?
As long as I get my 2 D's this year I'm perfectly happy.

Im a C-grade student! [ish]
I also would consider myself quite intelligent but not academic. Also, i suck at exams- I think that some people find it easier to get marks in exams than others.
rahmed and usama-ahmed, I feel exactly the same! It sounds stupid I know, but a B is barely a pass... I got a D in one of my exams, and I almost cried  Sad really isn't it?

I now what you mean, I'm more of an all rounder myself and i was actually very proud of my results! haha not many people can say they got grades from A* to X

But i do undertsand, it can be a bit overwhelming lol, stil i am what i am, and feeling bad about it wont do anyone any favours, least of all me! :p:

I totally agree, I also find the way the exams are set quite unfair sometimes, because I know the information but because I don't write it in the right way I don't get the marks.
