We have a room available academic year 2013/2014 in uplands in Swansea. Really lovely house with washing machine, tumble dryer, and dishwater. Nice sized room with decent storage space. There are 2 guys and 3 girls, all 3rd years. All very friendly and would make you feel welcome. The rent is 325 a month, no summer retainer needs to be paid. Uplands is a short 15 minute walk to campus and is close to many shops and bars. If you're interested please let me know
